Refund Policy

DevSpend AI sells digital reports and software access. Because digital report delivery can begin immediately after checkout, refunds are reviewed case by case.

If you purchased a DevSpend AI Report and cannot access it, or if the report was not delivered as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@devspend.ai. We will either fix access, regenerate the report when appropriate, or issue a refund when the issue cannot be resolved.

Include the checkout email, order number if available, and a short description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method.
